I agree with you 100% But cable isn't BPL they are 2 separate problems.
When I had cable leakage here in my neighborhood, I did complain to the
Cable co. When nothing was done, I went out and DF'ed the problem, I
also found they were leaking noise at 121.? mhz which is in the aircraft
band. I made a call to them as well another letter to them. I pointed
out the frequencies as well as the location, which by the way was an
illegal installation. I cc'ed my letter to the ARRL as well to the FCC.
They fixed the problem the next day.
Good luck with your problem and hopfully we won't see any BPL!
