[Microphones] Older D104

Hello all,

I recently acquired an older D-104 microphone but no =
manual/instructions.   When installing the battery, I noticed a =
2-position slide switch labeled "R" and "E".  Can someone tell me what =
the R and E stand for?
Also, I know there is a webpage that lists all of the wiring combos for =
the mic plug,  can someone let me know that address?
