[MicroHAMS] Board of Director Election Results

I wanted to officially announce the new board of directors for
MicroHAMs.

		Andreas Hofmann KU7T=20
		Art Tanaka N7CC=20
		Kenneth G Richards KU7M=20
		Michael D Lewis K7MDL=20
		Rosie Sgrosso KD7SLL=20
		Scott Honaker N7WLO=20
		Michael Mraz N6MZ

Per the clubs constitution, the new board term begins April 1st. =20

There are two additional items I wanted to address:

*	First I'd like to extend a big thank you to Todd-WK7L, who
decided to not run for the board this year.  Todd was key to getting the
club started and helping to guide us to this point. =20

*	Second, I wanted to explain some of confusion with the elections
this year.  Officially elections happen at the March meeting and per our
changes to the constitution, electronic ballets were also allowed.  At
the March meeting last week we had 17 members vote and I should have
concluded the election at the meeting.  But for some reason I had it in
my head we need a 2/3 of the membership to vote, rather then the
required 1/3.  So officially the election were completed and I didn't
realize it. (Nor did anybody else... :-)  I'm sorry for the confusion.
