But is it good at RF?
One man's "non-inductive" is another man's junk. It could be
non-inductive for audio, but might not be so non-inductive at radio
frequencies. No resistor stays non-inductive forever.
And then there's the leads. If it has leads, you've got that
inductance to deal with, which limits its usefulness as you go up to
VHF and beyond.
I remember some old (OLD) lab standard resistors in nice wooden boxes,
by companies like General Radio (pre-GenRad), which certainly were not
meant to be good to RF.

What I really meant by that question was, could you please measure it
with an ohmmeter? Of course you can. Sorry, bad choice of words.
Verify by independent means that it is what it says it is.
