[MFJ-Ameritron] QSK-5 Schematic

Does anyone out there have a schematic of the QSK-5 unit that can be 
scanned and e-mailed to me?

A friend of mine just bought a new AL-80B and he wanted the QSK-5 option. 
The QSK-5 card is on back-order. I want to make sure my friend can hook up 
his TenTec Omni VI Plus without having any problems. He just turned 97.5 
years old at the end of last month and I hate to see him struggling to make 
the Omni and the QSK-5 unit work properly.

Better yet, if anyone has a QSK-5 working with a TenTec Omni VI Plus, how 
did you connect it?
