[Meteor-Scatter] How to answer CQ in VHF MS?

I have interest to hear comments abt answering CQ. What is better way to do 
or is there any better ways...?

So LID understand that QSO is C

Why to ask, just 1st variant RK1B/1 can TX 1st RRR and when hear RRR then 
knows that QSO is C, 2nd variant RK1B need to thing how meny period will 
sent RRR and quess when will be QSO C, just because RK1B then don't hear 
only 1 but very meny LID's same time in QRG and always QSO don't goes in 3 
minute optimum time.  Often QSO takes 10 or 20 min and still after 20 min 
RK1B can hear maybe 5 or 6 LID in rx period (once I count 6 LID still after 
16 min when start QSO...). RK1B wrote up 2-4 callsings directly after CQ, 
Those also click "Auto OFF" when they saw that there is qso going on and 
didn't make anymore QRM. When at least RK1B received RRR he will thing whom 
answer next, so there is 6 LID TXing all time, but it's better not answer 
those because

1 they are sleeping and don't know what is happening in QRG, that's why they 
are TXing QRM all time

2 They have problems with decoding, that's why thing that qso is still going 
with they all 6 other station

So better not answer, because seems not possible to make C qso anyway...

RK1B can't even image that there is 3rd variant, so there will be some "ME 
ME ME" operator who don't cure sh*t abt QRM he makes or that will he destroy 
other qsos or if not destroy anyway make delay. So need to thing that VHF is 
only hobby, sqr hunting can't be too serious thing in life.

PS hear interesting story in KO47, one local operator told that somebody 
sent e-mails and call with telefon weekly abt 3 month because wanted sked. 
Really that local operator told that not anymore too much interesting VHF MS 
after that kind of LID, so is this hobby or not?
