Last year (When we were preparing for the OZ2AR MS DXpedtion), I installed 
WINMSDSP on my Win XP SP2 Laptop with OZ2M's PTT32 and it tested 100% OK, as 
fate would have it we never used on the DXpedition, as there were zero 
interest in HSCW!

But I can confirm that this setup works!
