[Meteor-Scatter] WINMSDSP & XP

Hello All,
I'm running WINMSDSP on my XP system without problem. I simply installed it
and that was it. Conrad, I presume your question relates more to the
tx/rx-sequencing via serial port which no longer works under XP. This was
never an issue here since I use a VOX to key my trx (with sufficient time
delay to avoid hot switching, of course).

Hi All,
sorry to say, but I gave it up! there was some ideas around but at
all I changed back to my old DTR - still ufb to decode and also have
the transmitt facility within...
Conrad, if you really get it up work, I still be interesting in
to use WINDSP on my XP or WIN2000 PCs again...!
