[Meteor-Scatter] MS on 144370.0

Hello Rock Hunters,

Just back for some MSing and I have found out that there is a big number 
of stations calling CQ and listening and making QSOs on 144370.0. With 
commning Perseids this frequency will be overloaded in this case. Don't 
you think it is the time to advertice "split" frequency QSOs with CQ on 
main frequency and QSO on other frequency ones again? It is simple but 
perhaps number of newcommers have no idea about it.
