[Meteor-Scatter] ZA expedition news

Hi All,

Just had a contact with the DXpedition group in Albania, they arrived safely
and HAVE A LICENSE now :-))
Call will be ZA/PA2CHR.
They are still in Tirana for visiting the authorities, and they will build
up the station tomorrow May 22.
As soon as the antennas are in place, a frequency check will be done and the
operating frequencies will be announced.
At first a small antenna will be set up for any possible ES events, after
that the bigger array for EME will be installed.
