Nothing wrong Charles - in fact absolutely right. I personally don't see any
reason
not to use the cluster to inform that I am calling CQ on a particular QRG,
but others
do not agree... I don't like to "complete" QSO's via the cluster however.
2 CQ QRG's, each for a priod, would have helped me last night to get a
decent copy
of RZ4HF/4 (2550 km away) which was now impossible by the continous CQ
calling HA2004EU,
who - just to make it clear - was working according to procedures as well.

Its crazy on 370, there is nothing wrong with CQA CQB or CQ366 or whatever,
its one thing calling CQ but I question working a bloke there, all I am
doing is qrm'ng others who are listening, I guess 70% at least of those on
370 are on cluster also, 370 is fine for random but during meteor showers I
just make qsy, best other suggestion was one frequency say 370 for cq South
and East and use another frequency for North&West

ANY SM/LA/OH/ES for test ??
