[Meteor-Scatter] OZ1PIF in Leonids 2003 results

This is the, rather meagre, result of the Leos 2003. No detectable maximum
here, and what increased reflections there were, were mostly due to
increased activity i think.
All QSO's, except IK0BZY/QRP with whom I agreed for a test on the CLX, were
random, either my own or the others stations CQ.

The two prearranged skeds I had, with RA1QA and SP8RHP, were both busted
due, I think to neither station being on the air. The reason I mention it
here is that it really bugs me, getting up in the middle of the night or
early in the morning, spending 1H + calling for a station not even
listening!

All in all a rather disappointing show, hoping for a better Geminids in
December!

BTW: Station here 300W and 13 elem. long yagi.
