Exactly , 2003 very good ES.
If I look at my observations ( based on only 2 solar cycles) , it seems to
me that the period of the solar cycle corresponding to goingg from max to
min ( descending slope) gives very good Es on 2mtr . Nothing scientific
here , just an idea
