If you use Outlook Express just create a number of rules as follows
Open your email browser
In outlook menu
Tools-message rules-mail-new
Where the subject line contains specific words :-
Do not download it from the server:-

Approved
Wicked
CREATE A RULE FOR EACH WORD IN TURN
Even the new LUCKY-BAG licence (no code) Hams can do this
For any other virus in future like "Blaster virus"  simply find out what the
subject words are and repeat the process
