LA/DL3YEL will be QRV from JO39 on HSCW MS tonight. He has a very good QTH
with take-off from E-SE-S. He will call cq on 144,100 MHz after 20 UTC using
the letter system. Ulli may not operate very long this evening, because he
is tired from the JO49 activity. Perhaps he will be on tomorrow morning, so
watch out...
PS: I will not relay any skeds to him, only random operation.
