[MDC-EC] Local and Section Wide ARES Nets

To all MDC ECs:

I am in the process of writing a Section EmComm Plan.  One of the items in the plan will be a compilation of the various training Nets and simplex frequencies that are in place around the section.  I have some of them from the monthly EC reports you have sent in, but all need more detail for me.

Please provide me with the following Net information:

Net Name (ex: PRGE ARES VHF Training Net, MEPN Traffic Net, MDD, etc)
Local Time
The Area it covers if greater than just your county
The Repeater Call Sign
The Repeater Frequency with + or - indicators and pl if used, otherwise state "no pl."
QTH of the repeater.

If your local group has a designated simplex frequency that is used during incidents or for public service, please provide it as well.

This is going to be a very comprehensive document being designed around ARESMAT considerations across the Section.

I do not have a time frame for a draft release yet.  It all depends on how quickly this request and others I have sent out are returned to me.
