[MDC-EC] Upcoming Public Service Event - 17 March

One of the first DC Metro Public Service Events of the year is here again!  Formally known as the National Marathon, now the Rock & Roll Marathon in DC will be held Saturday, March 17.  We're expecting around 16,000 runners for this event, which has grown every year and is now sold out!  We could use your help here in DC, if you've got the time. We'll be setting up between 5:30 and 6:30 am for a 7am start and all should be secure sometime around 1pm.

We'll be operating a 2m net supporting course operations and the medical tents.  (This is the current plan although the Metropolitan Police Department in DC might be looking for additional coverage.)
