Pat-

You might want to check the Zipit Linux blogs about using a 4GB SD card.  I 
bought a 4 GB SD card for my camera and it didn't work because the camera 
didn't support the different formatting used for 4 GB and larger capacity 
cards.  Maybe, if you're lucky, the Zipit will support 4 GB.
