Sure! The PICetSat Lite construction article was
hidden in a related post last week, found under
the PICetSat Lite maiden flight story link that
was given as http://simsat.net/carrollsat/
You may go there and click the link for Rich's
Technology Experimenters Committee (TEC)
page to find the link to the PICetSat Lite
page.
Or, if you want to bypass all that fun, go
directly there by way of this link:

YOU CAN REPLACE the light sensor or the
temperature sensor with ANOTHER SENSOR
of your desire. There are few requirements
for a sensor other than to be lightweight
and to operate on flea power. It MUST
have a slowly varying output that lies
between zero volts and five volts DC.
So far, here is our growing list of sensors:
1. Photodetector (a "one-pixel" camera)
2. Thermistor (for temperature, IAT or OAT)
3. Barometric Pressure (for altitude)
4. Voltage divider (flight battery health)
5.
6.
7.
For the PICetSat Lite, pick any two and
fly it!
PLEASE SUGGEST another sensor. I may
have left one or two off the list. We want
to add more.
I made a version that ought to last over
two hours in flight but it is much heavier.
I replaced the watch batteries with a 9V
battery and a small 5V 100mA regulator.
Please keep us posted of your attempts.
Hope this helps!
