[McHUG] SDR on 70cm?

Does anyone know what it might take 
to get the SoftRock RXTX to operate on 
440 MHz?  (Or 2m for that matter?)  

Is there any current SDR out there that 
operates on a user-selectable slice of 
70 cm?
