[McHUG] Blink Talks to PC

I have added to the blink from scratch program.  It will now report the status of the LEDs to the PC every second and will turn the second LED on or off if you enter a 'y' or 'n' in HyperTerm.  BlinkFromScratch is accessible from the main page.  BlinkTalksToPC is accessible from BlinkFromScratch.  The hardware setup is identical for both.  The difference is that we are now using the serial connection during the program, not just to load the program.
