WC0AA got his new tag some time ago (past two years). It has the slashed
zero and is not a metal tag. I hazard a guess that the person in MS Co.
treasurer's office just wasn't smart enough or wanted to take the time to
figure out how to get the slashed zero character. I'd take the tag back
especially if you had requested the slashed zero on some form (that I
assume you had to fill out). It's definitely possible.
