[MCARC] Phil Hicks

Sad  news....I was thinking of him the other day when I was at the Legion
doing some work because I stopped by many times after I was done at the
legion just to visit since he did not get out much and no close family here
in Marysville. It was always interesting to see what he was making in the
shop.
