[MCARC] FCC fees to be collected beginning April 19, 2022

I know this is a done deal but I wonder how many licenses will be lost.  Some people may be at a point in their lives when they don’t have much time for ham radio but that doesn’t mean they might not be interested at a later date.  $35 just to keep your license may cause some to drop it.
