[MCARC] FCC fees to be collected beginning April 19, 2022

I read some traffic on another mailing list last night but have been
surprised that so far I have not received a bulletin from ARRL on this.

I have attached the PDF of their article as their Web site will be off
line from tomorrow afternoon until Tuesday morning.
