That's an interesting concept and with only two designated frequencies
on 2m and 70cm each, one can just put them in scan and wait until some
activity is heard.  For maximum points one does need to be signed up on
their Web site for logging.

I reckon if there are some of us that sign up and make contacts then at
least we have that.  January can have some good tropo openings.  Of
course, they always seem to happen during working hours!
