I finally got a reverse SSH tunnel going last night from the Pi to one
of the computers on my LAN so at the least I have a way to get into it
so long as it has at least outbound Internet connectivity.  The repeater
is now ready for deployment.  I'm still tweaking a few things but
they're not show stoppers.

Did you get my email from a couple of weeks ago?  You had mentioned
something about a router which with this Pi setup is not necessary, but
would they want a switch so they can connect a laptop without unplugging
the repeater's Pi?  If a switch would be okay, do you have something
like a five port switch that could be used between the Pi and the cable
modem?
