OK, got clarification from Dennis Kracht:

John Smith is also a BVT person and he is in charge and Josh Johns is the
worker that climbs towers & installs equipment.  I don't know John, just
Josh.  Does anybody know John?

So, other than *maybe* sweet-talking BVT into doing some tower work for us,
it sounds like they're pretty much out of the loop.

Since Dave knows the mayor of B.R., I'm going to let him work on that side
of things.  What's his name?
