[MCARC] Storm spotters on 146.580

Would this be a good time for a Weather Radio salesman to break in and say" everyone should have a Weather Radio"  Last night when I heard about the tornado about 5 minutes from Axtell, on my weather radio, I called Barry Bussing to advise him in Axtell.  He appreciated it...
