[MCARC] Storm spotters on 146.580

[Ken Kopp - AKØA]

Reed Timmer has a doctoral degree in meteorology from OU and literally chases storms for a living. Although it is not that clear to me from the video, his description indicates here was ground circulation and a brief touchdown. He probably knows what he's talking about...
