[MCARC] 444.350 repeater back on the air from N0NB

I got a hair and put the 444.350+ repeater back on the air this evening
from here in the shack.  It is attached to a Comet 5 dB antenna at about
30 up on my tower.  Range won't be great as the antenna is on the west
side of the tower.  Tone is 88.5 Hz as it has always been.

Give it a try!  I'll try to listen until I get some AA batteries for the
HT.  D'oh!
