For my part, I wasn't really sure what to do on Tuesday night (I was
more interested in my burger, to be honest).  I really think the county
ought to own the facility and it needs to be designed/engineered to
handle the present load with capacity for future possibilities.  If, at
some point, we are invited to have antenna placed on their tower, I
think we can consider such an offer then.
