Seems like a long-winded way of saying, "Trust us and don't question 
what we're doing." None of the proposed articles or bylaws changes were 
mentioned nor were there any details about the censure except in the 
most general sense. Seems to be a lot of false piety being flung 
around. 

They're out of touch.
