Hi Joshua,

thanks for this information... I did a bit more research and also 
checked the site you shared... seems you 100% right... guess I can 
recycle the Home Patrol 1 device!

They have a newer version Home Patrol 2 which seems can handle the new 
Phase II and looking at the site all channels in Marin run mode T which 
if I understand correct and not encrypted so this should work...

Any better suggestion or less expensive you can recommend?
