[MarinTeams] CERT Radio Communications On-Air Practice Tonight (Monday)

This Thursday we will be conducting our ongoing CERT Radio Communication
Classes.  Whether for the first time, or as a refresher, please take the
time to join us.  Trinity Community Church, San Rafael, 7:00PM-9:00PM.

Thursday's Class:

   Class 1 - Introduction and propagation

   Class 2 - Radio Configuration

   Class 3 - Net Control Procedures

   = > Class 4 - Message Handling and general review.

Tonight (Monday) we will be testing a Mobile Repeater as part of the CERT
Radio Advanced Communications program.  We will conduct an exercise to
deploy and test our mobile repeater in the hills above Novato.   Please join
us 7:00-7:30 PM on the air, starting on Channel 5 (San Ansemo Repeater,
146.775 (-) PL 127.3), or on Channel 3 (145.640 simplex).   Stations in Mill
Valley and other locations in Southern Marin should use the Mill Valley
repeater (146.775 (-) PL  110.9).

Novato stations, we will be testing 146.775 (-) PL 94.8 as the Novato
repeater channel.   Please help us with testing this new facility.
