Dear Bill,

Just sent e-mail to Robert saying that we generally
preferred DART-Radio or CERT-radio because we want to
be connected, but that I also liked ROC (Radio
Operators in Communities) I liked NERV also, but
Robert didn't. ROC has the real purpose in mind with
the word "Community" and the name could be used
nationally in any community. I am sure that this is
the beginning of a very big plan. You are the one who
has gotten it off the ground. It is so neat to see so
many people involved who have been active for years in
emergency preparedness. It all seems to be coming
together now. Thank you Bill for all that you are
doing. You are a great teacher! Aloha, Dulce
