[MarinTeams] Meeting Tonight

Yikes, I hope it isn't the flu. I thought it might be my neck issues
flaring up, but I am so tired that I can't rule out illness. MUST work
tomorrow so I'd better not be sick.

I got a Yaesu FT-60R. It isn't as light and small as the VX-6R but it
has everything I need. It is lighter and smaller than the VX-170 and
can be switched to an alkaline battery pack or run off a car battery.
The belt clip is so sturdy and stable that I can carry it with me
easily. I'll pick up a car antenna and cable after I've recovered from
this bill. The salesman, Mark, was very helpful and he gave me some
"hot off the press" catalogues to bring you.
I will try to bring myself over there tonight.
Thank you,
Vicki Fernandez

 Hi Vicki,

Congratulations on the new radio! Which model did you obtain?

I will be out of town this Saturday morning, and can't meet at that
time.
We will be holding ongoing meetings; if you can't make this meeting,
perhaps
you will be able to join another.

Hope your headache doesn't lead to the flu. It may have here... :-(

 Bill
