Congratulations on the new radio!  Which model did you obtain?

I will be out of town this Saturday morning, and can't meet at that time.
We will be holding ongoing meetings; if you can't make this meeting, perhaps
you will be able to join another.

Hope your headache doesn't lead to the flu.  It may have here... :-(
