I drove to Dow hill EM49ua later on Saturday but was unable to work
anyone from there. I also operated on Bald Knob near Alto Pass in
EM57hn on Sunday morning but was unable to work anyone from there,
either.

It was fun but wish I'd made more QSO.s. The obvious highlight of the
extended weekend was the eclipse on Monday, which I saw from 5 miles
south of Murphysboro, the QTH of N5RP (not a microwaver - yet).

The second weekend should be fun. Pete K9PW and I will drive up and
down the Wisconsin side of Lake Michigan to work people on the
Michigan side (and anyone else who's around).
