[MAMS] band conditions

Good time to be building new gear for new bands or station accessories 
for existing bands!  Or in my case, trying to fix my apolLO I unit that 
I use at 1152 MHz with multipliers as weak signal generators for 
testing.  Won't lock the PLL all of a sudden.  It's not the PLL 
chip...already replaced that last night and no go, so...back to the 
troubleshooting bench.  Good thing I have a second unit though.  :)
