I am back from the hill and only worked Randy - WB0JQQ/EM39 on 144.260 Liaison Freq. who
was right at the noise level of the FT-736r. I was sending to Randy on 432.120 but nothing heard!
It is cold and drizzly out with the heaviest rain at 8 to 9am this morning.  Looked for Randy's 2.3
beacon but nothing heard (found out it wasn't on) so I will be out tomorrow to deliver a couple of
5.7 Gig amps to N0PB/ EM39 hopefully and can try Randy's 2.3 Beacon again with it turned on
hi hi.  It is still drizzling here in St. Louis....

I was calling cq on 144.260 CW looking from W. to E. only from 9 to noon.  Yes Zack, hopefully
the March MAD will be much better.

Dave - KB0PE

Hello to the group,
MAD weekend this 4th of FEB. shows rain in the area for Fri, Sat & Sun.  I hope it is light enough to
make the trip to Dow, IL. (EM49ua) on Sat.  Bands have been pretty bad so if I make it up there I
hope to work someone.....
