[MAMS] Hepburn troop forecast

Those should be interesting to listen for. The 144 beacon gets to a point
in the message it sends when it says "NOW QSY TO 432" so I assume it does
not transmit on 144 and 432 simultaneously. It comes back on 144 about a
minute later. There was no mention of the 1296 beacon in the message it was
sending today.
