McMaster-Carr also carries those brass parts, and some in 3' lengths to
save on splices for longer runs. www.mcmaster.com. Look for miniature
brass tubes. They also have round metric brass tubes that can be handy
for replicating European yagi designs on microwave. They don't admit
they are K&S Engineering products that you find in hardware stores and
hobby shops.
