qth.net mail lists don't allow attachments in general partly because of
the bandwidth they could use on lists with many members and because
attachments are a prime virus propagation scheme. The alternative is to
upload the proposed attachment to a server with public access and report
that URL here. I have access to such a server, but most ISPs have them
for user web pages.
