[MAMS] NE8I/r Rover plans UHF test

I'll keep an ear open for you! We've been having some nice tropo openings
the last couple days. Hopefully it carries over to the weekend. A couple
years ago I had a spectacular tropo opening on Sunday morning in this
contest and worked K4XR and W4ZRZ thru 10 GHz.
