[MAMS] NE8I/r Rover plans UHF test

Current plans for NE8I/r UHF test. Local 3 grids. EN64, 74, 75. Likely
start Saturday in EN64. Then move to EN75. That will depend on the
traffic through Leeland. Wine festival. May try a new, untried stop to
avoid the traffic. Likely Saturday later will be EN64vm and EN74at.
Early Sunday morning, will be EN74at. Then to EN64vm.

All bands 222 through 47 GHz. 903 not 902.
