[Lowfer] Lowfers at EN52tb

[Garry]

Overnight lowfer TAG on 185.302 kHz at 915 mi came through my eprobe at 
times using QRSS60 ARGO. Lowfer WM at 231 mi is depressed during the 
night but the ground wave comes through strong once daylight returns.
