[Lowfer] WSPR heard log 630M

Hi JB,  Glad your still out there reading the posts,  not sure about WSPR
on MF as I do listen most of the time on that mode, but haven't transmitted
for 6 months of more.  I have a low power beacon on 15m at 50mW WSPR.
