[Lowfer] Lowfer watering hole at VE3HOA

Garry, Thanks for the report on WM Lowfer. I use VE3HOA to check the 
Hifer, as that station usually has a good copy of it. I should also be 
looking lower I guess.

I caught an audible cw signal several nights ago when it was below zero 
here. I heard it during the short time segment the WM transmitter was 
off between the graphic and QRSS.  Not enough time to get a positive ID, 
but I am placing a strong suspicion it was SIW. I'm sorry I didn't go 
out and power WM down to get a positive ID, I don't have remote control 
over WM now that it is on Solar/Battery. It was too cold and late for my 
old joints to want to make that hike.
