Been decoding TACAMO VLF since 1970's---even back then decoded 5 Bd form
them, yes, 5 (not a typo--I used a ink paper tape device). Back then 200
Bd was the fastest rate they had. (I checked where you live as I used
to live in "Region 8". Found an odd coincidence, I lived on the same
road as you but in eastern Ohio near Akron back then.)

Also, I did decode EAMs on ASCII from a UHF satellite frequency but
those disappeared years ago. If I recall correctly, the bits may have
been in reverse order which took a while to realize. The messages were
identical to those on VLF, HF and on 311.0//321.0(now 323.8).

Also copied them from the ANMCC at Raven Rock before, I was told by
someone, the well in the mountain having the antenna flooded. Actually
those were technically LF as above 30 kHz. SAC (Sivler Creek NE and
Hawes CA) did them also on VLF/LF back then and I decoded those. So I
have decoded them on VLF, LF, HF, and UHF.
